Overview

Southeast Pack Trips has guided riders through the Big South Fork backcountry of Tennessee since the late 1980s, on well-matched Tennessee Walking Horses sized to each rider. Rides move well beyond the usual nose-to-tail walk, crossing creeks and opening up to runs through meadows and overlooks, with departures at nine, noon, and three and children under six riding double. Rides run year round for groups of every kind, within a 250-pound weight limit, and reservations are made by phone.
