Chicory Meadow Farm sits on 28 acres in the Hudson Highlands of northern Westchester County, where surrounding mountains and a lake frame an English lesson program centered on hunt seat equitation. Lessons run Wednesday through Sunday in private, semi-private, and group formats, and new students begin one-on-one before moving into a group. The same family has run the farm for more than twenty years, pairing instruction with boarding and a summer camp that teaches children both riding and horse care.
