A.J. Brink Outfitters has run guided horseback rides at Sweetwater Lake near Gypsum, Colorado, for more than fifty years, an hour from Vail and Glenwood Springs. Custom trips range from a one-hour ride to a spectacular overlook of Sweetwater Canyon, up through half- and all-day rides and multi-day pack trips into the Flat Tops Wilderness, never combining separate groups. Trail rides start at age five, pony rides at the barn keep the littlest riders busy, and the outfit runs under Forest Service and BLM permits.
